The Better Future Foundation Amodu (BFFA) has clearly defined governing bodies that ensure the foundation is managed in a transparent, efficient and responsible manner. These bodies work closely together to ensure that the foundation’s purpose is fulfilled in a sustainable and long-term way.
The Board of Trustees is one of the foundation’s central governing bodies and supports the strategic direction as well as the proper administration of BFFA.

A key element of BFFA’s work is the local Planning Committee in Amodu, Nigeria. This body is responsible for the practical implementation of the scholarship programme and works closely with the scholarship recipients and their families. In addition, the Planning Committee organises regular meetings to discuss matters relating to the Better Future Foundation Amodu, review current developments and prepare organisational decisions. The outcomes of these meetings are forwarded to the foundation’s two founders, ensuring continuous communication between the local implementation and the strategic leadership.
